Nishant Gautam is a founding Partner at Triumph Legal and heads the Arbitration practice and recovery based litigation conducted by the Firm. He also handles various aspects of white collar criminal defence, criminal compliance, government investigation, IT Law and regulatory enforcement matters. Vardhman Kaushik is an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India licensed to practice law in India and New York. With a significant experience of more than 10 years in handling several cases on behalf of over 30 corporate houses, PSUs, Social organisations, employee organisations of government bodies and litigants from different walks of life, Vardhman leads the litigation practice of the firm.
In addition to his expertise in handling litigations in Corporate & Commercial Disputes he has a keen interest in Environmental issues and has played a significant role in cases of vital significance. His petition Vardhman Kaushik Vs. UOI before the National Green Tribunal has resulted in a paradigm shift in manging issues of Air Pollution and ambient air quality in Delhi- NCR. This case is a precursor to the ban on use of petrol and diesel vehicles which are 10 years old in Delhi NCR, the adoption of odd- even vehicle use policy, regulation and adoption of the graded action plan in the national capital.

Dhruv Joshi is a Partner at the firm. He represents the firm in civil, commercial, and regulatory litigations before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various tribunals in Delhi NCR. He has conducted cases before the High Courts of Punjab & Haryana, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh as well. The IBC practice of the firm is also handled by him before the National Company Law Tribunals at Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Indore and Jaipur. Dhruv is also involved with the pan India Arbitration practice of the firm which involves strategizing, advising and conducting arbitration cases of the firm in Delhi and Mumbai.
